Shipping Rates & Delivery Times 

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, parcel weight, and selected shipping method.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 11:00 AM (AEST) on business days are generally processed and dispatched within 24 business hours.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM (AEST), on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Handling Time

• Processing & dispatch: 1 business day (Monday–Friday)

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Parcel Post

• Same state: 2–4 business days

• Interstate: 3–6 business days

Express Post

• Same state: 1–2 business days

• Interstate: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, seasonal demand, weather conditions, public holidays, and Australia Post network operations.

In periods of high order volumes, shipping delays, or unforeseen delivery disruptions, customers will be notified via email where possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment status.
