Refund policy

Infinite Botanic Pty Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. We also want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Returns Accepted within 14 Days

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The product is returned in its original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice).
  • The product is not part of our non-returnable items (see below).

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless they are faulty or do not meet the consumer guarantees under the ACL. These items include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., live plants).
  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Products with hygiene or safety seals that have been broken.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@infibotanic.com.au. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will either replace it or provide a full refund, including any shipping costs.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at support@infibotanic.com.au to initiate the return process.
  • Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Include a copy of your proof of purchase inside the package.
  • Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process.
